How do I find what I am looking for?

There are several ways to find what you're looking for at belsize square.  There is a search box at the top left of the site. There is also a list of product categories and designers, which you can use to browse through our range of products. Lastly, on individual product pages the website will highlight related products, that you may not have otherwise come across.

How to place an order?

To purchase an item it must be first added to Your Basket - just like in a traditional store. To do this, simply select the quantity you want and click the "Add to Basket" button. This button appears next to the product on the full product description page. Once you have added the product if you want to continue browsing just click on “Continue Shopping”.

To finalise your order select "Your Basket", which appears at the top right of each page. From their you can select the "Checkout" button. If you are already a member of belsize square, simply login to your account and finalise your order by completing the shipping and payment details. If you haven't shopped with us before, you will need to create an account, to do this simply choose "Register".

When signing up for an account we only store your name and address to help speed up future orders - we don't store your credit card details. 

How is fabric / ribbon / bias binding / trim sold?

Fabric, ribbon, bias binding and trim is sold by length, with the minimum length 0.25 metres (25 cm).

In the quantity box simply choose how much length you require (i.e. 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00, 1.25 etc.).

Unless otherwise stated, the price shown for fabric, ribbon, bias binding and trim is for one metre. If you order less than 1 metre the cost will be calculated based on the length you select (i.e. if you order 0.50 metres the cost will be half of the per metre cost).

Fabric is cut straight from the bolt. If you order 0.25 metre and would prefer a fat quarter (i.e. a square piece 50cm x half the width of the fabric) please advise in the comments box, which appears near the end of the checkout process.
