Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
Fabric orders are charged a flat delivery rate of $3.95 to anywhere in Australia. If you spend over $100.00 deliver is Free.

Patterns, Bias Binding and Ribbons are always delivered Free.

Books and Handmade Items are charged a flat delivery rate of $5.95.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 days depending on how busy the store is. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately not at this time. As an online business we currently do not have set opening hours to allow you to pick-up your order.

Do you deliver outside Australia?
Yes we do. Visit here for information about international orders.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods:

Can I pay by cheque?
Unfortunately we only accept payment by Credit Card or Paypal at this time.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, it is extremely safe.

When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology.

When going through the checkout look for the padlock at the bottom of your browser. This indicates that you are transacting in a secure environment, with all communciation encrypted.
 

Fabric, Binding & Ribbon Orders

What length is fabric, binding or ribbon cut?
Fabric, binding or ribbon is sold by the length. The minimum length is 0.25 metres (25 cm). Orders need to be in 0.25 metre increments. In the qunatity box you should type 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00, 1.25 etc. Unless otherwise stated, the price shown for fabric, binding and ribbon is for one metre. If you order less than one metre the cost will be calculated proportionally based on the length ordered (i.e. if you order 0.50 metres the cost will be half of the per metre cost).

Fabric is cut straight from the bolt. If you order 0.25 metre and would prefer a fat quarter (i.e. a square piece 50cm x half the width of the fabric) please advise in the comments box during the checkout process. We ask that you state clearly which fabric should be cut as a fat quarter (or whether all fabrics in your order should be cut.

How do I find something to buy?
There are several ways to find what you are looking for on the website. The most popular are listed as follows:

• Search: the top-left corner of the website features a search box, which allows you enter any word or combination of words
• Browse by Categories: the left hand column lists the main categories of the site (e.g. books, fabric, embroidery, handmade etc). Within some of our larger categories you are given the option to browse sub-categories (e.g. books, fabrics)
• Browse by Brands: the left hand column also features a drop down menu that allows you to browse by brand

Returns

What if I need to return a product?
If goods are received faulty we ask that you contact us by sending an email to returns@belsizesquare.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order. We will then advise how to return your order to receive your refund or replacement product. Unfortunately we do not accept returns simply if you have changed your mind. Goods returned must be in the condition received.
